How we make money, and how we fix mistakes
How we make money
Lightfathom earns money only from the reports and plans customers buy. We take no fees, commissions or referral payments from attorneys, procuradores, registries or anyone else we mention, we don’t run ads, and we never sell your data or your name ideas.
Paid plans are not open yet. Nothing is charged by joining the waitlist.
Corrections policy
When we get something wrong, whether a fee, a fact, a search result or a number on our accuracy page, we fix it and record it here: what was wrong, when we found it, what we changed and who it affected. Earlier versions stay visible.
If a correction affects a report you bought, we email you, and we refund you in full if the error changed a result in your report.
To report an error, write to hello@lightfathom.com. We reply within two working days.
